Custom Crate Sizing

We build ISPM-15 compliant crates in any size you need, from packaging for computer chips smaller than a smartphone to housings for aerospace components over 20 feet long. Whatever you're shipping, we have a crating solution that gets it there securely.

Precision CNC Cut Foam and Packing Solutions

Using proprietary software, our state-of-the-art laser cutting and CNC machines ingest a 3D image of your product and cut foam to fit its exact shape and dimensions. Available in six different densities, the foam is then secured into the crate, providing maximum support and protection throughout the entire shipping process. We carry a wide variety of foam grades, densities, stiffnesses, and textures to ensure the correct fit for your product every time.

Leak-Proof Crate Liners

Many customers ship parts or products that contain hazardous materials, and it only takes one leak to trigger a cascade of insurance claims, environmental compliance issues, and cleanup costs. Whether it's machinery filled with oil and lubricant or a battery prone to acid leaks, our heavy-duty liners are engineered to keep every crate fully sealed and leak-proof.

Unlike regular pallets that can’t be stacked, our stackable wooden shipping crates maximize your storage space while keeping your products secure. Built from durable, high-quality lumber, these crates protect your items from damage, allow for easy handling with forklifts, and can be stacked confidently without risk. That means more efficient shipping (nearly 5x more space efficient than pallets alone), safer transport, and a cleaner, more organized warehouse — all while giving your products the protection they deserve.

Flat Pack Crates

We offer a wide selection of flat-packed shipping crates are designed for maximum efficiency — they ship in a compact, low-profile form, allowing you to transport many crates at once (in some cases, over 1,000 crates in a single truck load) without wasting space. Compared to pre-assembled crates, the flat-packed crates save on shipping costs, simplify storage, and can be quickly assembled when you need them — delivering flexibility, efficiency, and cost savings in every shipment. The flat-packed crates come with screws and assembly instructions, and most crates can be assembled in 3 minutes or less.
